We are currently engaged with the German Federal Foreign Office (AA) to support decision-making processes by leveraging Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.

The goal is to develop early-warning systems across multiple dimensions of fragility that are updated for all countries on a monthly basis. By providing near real-time updates we aim to support policy decisions within the Foreign Office, particularly those that can enable the prevention of crises before they materialise.

We are currently working on forecasting systems for forced displacement and institutional disruption with models scheduled to be ready for deployment in 2025.
